Order Processing Time

All orders placed on BeadsHub are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by 1–2 additional days.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro Cities: 3 to 6 business days
• Other Locations: 5 to 9 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping during promotional periods or above certain cart values.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier partner details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Incorrect Address

BeadsHub is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or appears lost, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.
