Return & Exchange Policy

At BeadsHub, we want you to enjoy a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Only damaged, defective, or wrong products are eligible.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage or missing items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items bought during special sales or clearance
  • Used or altered items

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability. If the replacement product is unavailable, we may offer store credit.

Return Process

  • Contact us at contact@beadshub.in with your order ID and issue details.
  • Attach photos/videos as proof (mandatory for damage claims).
  • Our team will review and approve your request within 24–48 hours.
  • Once approved, the product must be shipped back by you.
  • After inspection, refund or exchange will be initiated.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval. If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
